It was learned that the exam that was supposed to be given to government employees in Addis Ababa city today was not given.

The employees of the administration who sent the complaint to the media stated that they were told that "the exam has been canceled" after wandering around all day.

They said that they were disappointed to be told that the employee was "missed" hours later without any clear reason.

"Who is responsible for the abuse and psychological damage?" they asked.

The staff added that there was no official explanation as to why the test was postponed.
