According to the information published by the international oil exporting countries, Venezuela is the world's oil rich country, while Saudi Arabia and Canada are the second and third countries.

Iran, Iraq and Kuwait ranked fourth to sixth respectively.

America, which ranks 10th in oil resources, has been the world's leading oil producer since 2018, and by 2022 alone, it has produced an average of 18 million barrels of oil per day.

Even though Venezuela and Iran are rich in natural resources, they have not been able to supply their oil to the world market as a result of the US sanctions.

Ethiopia is one of the countries in the world with oil resources and it is the 98th country with 428 thousand barrels of oil resources.
